OPPO introduces three Reno4 smartphones with 5G

The Chinese OPPO, which has recently also started selling its smartphones in Belgium, has announced three versions of the Reno4. All models have 5G connectivity and the prices range from 399 to 799 euros. OPPO also introduced a new smartwatch.

The new phones are the Reno4, Reno4 Pro and Reno4 Z. The top model, the Pro with 6.5-inch OLED screen, is especially notable for its advanced video capabilities. For example, the device has an Ultra Night Video function that is linked to a 120° super wide-angle lens. To further increase the quality of nighttime recordings, OPPO developed the Moonlight Video Algorithm, which, according to the manufacturer, would result in 33.7 percent more brightness.

The Reno4 Pro’s rear camera is a 3+1 combo that consists of a 48MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 13MP telephoto lens, and a laser-detection autofocus lens. With the ‘regular’ Reno4 (equipped with a 6.4-inch OLED screen), the optic includes three cameras: 48MP, 8MP and a 2MP Triple LDAF Camera. Both devices are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G with integrated 5G chip and support SA/NSA dual-mode networks.
